How We Ensure Our Teachers Are the Best:
Rigorous and Strict Hiring Process: We invest significant effort in selecting only the best candidates. Statistically, fewer than 10% of applicants are offered a trial at our kindergarten. During their 3-month probation period, teachers are meticulously observed and assessed to confirm their fit for the role.
Professional Development: Our teachers receive ongoing training to enhance their skills and expertise throughout their careers at Bizzy Bees. This includes both in-house training tailored to our specific needs and external professional development opportunities such as the teacher training course provided through our collaboration with Helsinki International Schools (HEI) from Finland.

Collaboration with Helsinki International School (HEI): A key component of our teacher quality assurance is our collaboration with HEI from Finland. Our educators are offered the possibility to enrol in the Early Childhood Education training course provided by HEI, fully sponsored by Bizzy Bees. This comprehensive program covers 10 critical units of Finnish Early Childhood Education an takes about 6-month to complete. In addition, through our collaboration with HEI, our teachers have access to a monthly “Teacher Continuous developement theme”.
Appropriate Teacher-to-Child Ratio: To ensure personalized attention, we maintain optimal ratios of 4 children per teacher for toddlers and 7 children per teacher for older kids, aligning with Finland’s best practices in Early Childhood Education.
Supportive Environment: We strive to support our teachers by: Ensuring clear understanding of principles, processes, and tasks; valuing teacher feedback and perspectives; providing all necessary resources; offering management support for any concerns; and cultivating a respectful and positive atmosphere.
